Who We’re Looking For

  • For certain roles: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record. Experience/horticultural knowledge is a big plus.

Summer Internship Program

Kickstart your career with our immersive 10-week landscaping summer internship! This program is designed to give you real, hands-on experience across every corner of the industry—from maintenance and construction to sales, sustainability, and business development. You won’t just be shadowing; you’ll be learning side-by-side with seasoned professionals, building skills that matter, and seeing how your work directly impacts clients and communities.

By the end of the program, you’ll have tackled real projects, worked with cutting-edge tools and techniques, and delivered a capstone presentation to company leaders.
